By accessing or using the Hotspots app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.

2. Entertainment Purposes Only
Hotspots is an entertainment and promotional platform designed to help users discover and explore local venues, bars, and restaurants. The information displayed on Hotspots is for entertainment and promotional purposes only. It is not intended to be a definitive or authoritative source of information.

3. No Warranty on Accuracy
Hotspots makes no representations or warranties of any kind regarding the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or reliability of any information displayed on the platform. Venue information — including hours, specials, pricing, descriptions, crowd levels, and images — is sourced from a combination of venue owners/operators, third-party data providers, internet sources, and automated systems. We expressly disclaim all responsibility for any inaccuracies, outdated information, or errors provided by vendors, business owners, third-party APIs, or any other internet source. Always contact a venue directly to confirm current details.

4. Free Customer Access
Customers who accept these terms receive free, unlimited access to browse all listed venues, view real-time traffic levels, explore drink specials and events, and participate in Spin to Win promotions. No credit card or payment information is required.

5. User Conduct
You agree not to misuse the platform, harass other users, post false information, or engage in any activity that could harm Hotspots or its venue partners.

6. Privacy
We collect minimal data necessary to provide the service. Your location data (if shared) is used only to sort venues by proximity and is never sold to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

7. Vendor Accounts & Paid Subscriptions — Non-Refundable
Businesses wishing to list their venue must create a separate vendor account and agree to the Vendor Terms of Service. Vendor accounts are subject to approval and subscription fees. All subscription payments are non-refundable. By subscribing to any paid Hotspots plan, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to cancellations, downgrades, or dissatisfaction with the service. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges, but charges already made will not be reversed.

8. Third-Party Content & Sources
Hotspots may display content, images, and data sourced from third-party providers including but not limited to OpenStreetMap, Yelp, Google, Foursquare, and venue operators. We take no responsibility for the accuracy, legality, or quality of such third-party content. Use of such information is at your own risk.

9. Modifications
Hotspots reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Limitation of Liability
Hotspots is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hotspots LLC, its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, reliance on venue information, or any decisions made based on content displayed on Hotspots. This includes but is not limited to reliance on hours of operation, menu items, pricing, crowd levels, or any other information provided by venues, third-party data providers, or automated systems.
